See How CBN Says You Can Resolve ATM, Funds Transfer Problems With Your Banks

The Central Bank of Nigeria has suggested simpler and more effective way to resolve challenges bordering on Automated Teller Machine and funds transfer with commercial banks.
According to the apex bank, customers should wait for 72-hours for resolution from their various banks.
Failure to resolve the complaints, the CBN said customers can then contact the apex bank to lodge their complaints.
The CBN on its Twitter handle wrote: “If you make a complaint to your bank on card related and funds Transfer issues, allow 72 hours for resolution after which you can contact the CBN by sending an email to cpd@cbn.gov.ngcontactcbn@cbn.gov.ng or call +234 7002255226 #HowToLodgeComplaints.”
