Car hire company Bolt has assured a man who mistakenly transferred a sum of N130,000 to one of its drivers instead of N1,300 that everything would be done to recover his money.
The man, who cried out through his Twitter page, @henssennygold1 said the driver, since he made the transfer mistake, had switched off his phone intermittently.
Bolt, while responding to the complainant, wrote, “we Hello, we take issues like this seriously. We have received your report and we have started investigations into this. A member of our team will contact you and will be in touch about the next steps.”
In his outcry, the passenger had tweeted “I mistakenly sent 130,000 instead of 1,300 to a bolt driver and he refused to pick up his and now switched off.pls guys, help me repost this till the @Boltapp_ng help refund my money.D @Boltapp_ng support are not responding also ..@Gistloversblog1 @instablog9ja
