The Nigerian Police Force has again come under public scrutiny after video of policemen queueing up to collect money from foreigners surfaced online.
As captured in the video shared on X on Thursday, the Chinese nationals could be seen doling out a wad of N1000 notes to the officers.
This had sparked mixed reactions from netizens with some claiming nothing was wrong in the foreigners’ gesture to the officers.
However, others slammed the officers while calling out the Nigerian Police Force over the video.
“I do not see a thing wrong here… They didn’t steal, they were given after they must have worked for something. We can’t shame the police for doing nothing wrong. This is so unfair! To just post it like that. Who for here no go collect money?” @tintallsola
