Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has taken Lagos story to Harvard Business School, Massachusetts, United States, where he delivered lecture on the state’s infrastructural transformation.
This was disclosed in a statement issued on Thursday by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity, Gboyega Akosile.
According to the statement, Sanwo-Olu appeared as a guest lecturer in Prof. Hakeem Belo-Osagie’s course, “Understanding Africa: Business, Entrepreneurship, Political Economy and the Complexities of a Continent.”.

The governor delivered a presentation titled “Building the Future: Lagos State’s Infrastructure-Led Transformation”.
He shared the strides the state is making in transportation, housing, climate innovation, and industrial growth.
The lecture, as described in the statement, was engaging as the students asked the governor thoughtful and probing questions, spanning leadership, sustainable revenue generation, infrastructure renewal, and investment partnerships.
This, according to Akosile, reflected the depth of global interest in Africa’s urban transformation story.
The statement read in part; “Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu spoke as guest lecturer at Harvard Business School as a guest in Professor Hakeem Belo-Osagie’s course, “Understanding Africa: Business, Entrepreneurship, Political Economy and the Complexities of a Continent.”
