PDP Calls for Arrest of CBN Governor Emefiele Over Presidential Ambition

The Peoples Democratic Party on Saturday called for the arrest of the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele.
The party predicated it’s call on the ambition of the CBN Governor to contest for the presidency.
Emefiele had however released a statement on Saturday saying he awaited God’s direct intervention.
“It is indeed saddening that President who promised zero tolerance for corruption will enable, encourage and condone such atrocious regime in the CBN where our economy is opened to fraudulent pillaging to promote a political ambition,” the PDP wrote
