Nigerian women have again proven being capable of not just doing what a man can but also achieveing what a man can achieve as a Lagos-based artificial hair seller bought a N400 million worth of cyber truck.
Onuzurike Oluomachi, the founder of BO Hair Extension and Accessories, had on Sunday came to the spotlight after emerging as the first ever female Nigerian to own the luxurious car manufactured by Tesla, an American-based automobile company owned by the world richest man, Elon Musk.
As against her upbringing as an only child raised by a single mother, the businesswoman who hailed from Abia state is a mother of three.
She had in a post on her Instagram handle cited the trauma experiencing a lonely childhood as reason for her giving birth in quick succession.
The Nigerian entrepreneur had however dominated netizens’ conversation yesterday with many questioning how she was able to afford the vehicle as an artificial hair seller.
Responding to some of the curious netizens’ questions in an interview shortly after the delivery of the cyber truck, Onuzurike hinted that she has other businesses aside her hair business.
While the other businesses were not disclosed, Onuzurike held that she is a smart investor.
The businesswoman however claimed she brought the truck for delivery of artificial hair to her customers.
“I have multiple streams of income. Anywhere you see business, you see me. I have a lot I’m into. Let’s not get into details. The hair business being my first business, I actually have other businesses I’m into.
“I’m a smart investor who is into a lot. Anywhere you see business, you see No Hairs.” She said.
When asked if she will use the vehicle for deliveries at tough terrains like Ikorodu, Onuzurike assured her customers of delivering their orders with the truck anywhere they are.
“If you are in Ikorodu and you need me to deliver the hair with cyber truck, too small. I will be there.” She said.
On her advice to young Nigerian female entrepreneurs, Onuzurike urged them to go for whatever they set their mind on.
“The truth is that whatever you put your mind to, whatever you aim for, you can achieve. You can achieve anything that you put your mind to. And there is so much money to be made out there.” She said.
