A group of suspected armed bandits have reportedly raided several villages in Kotangora Local Government Area of Niger State.
The suspected bandits who were captured in a now viral video shared on X on Sunday were conveyed in by over 15 motorcycles.
They reportedly moved through Libele, advancing toward Tashan Allura, Jibril Company, and several nearby villages along the Kontagora–Yauri way in Kontagora LGA.
The raid which, as seen in the video, occurred in broad day light had sparked mixed reactions from netizens who expressed their dismay over the unchallenged operations of the armed groups in the state and other northern states.
