The United Nigeria Airline has confirmed the clash between Nigerian social media influencer, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, and comedian, Freedom Atsepoyi, aka Mr. Jollof.
NPO earlier Reported that the duo had on Monday caused stir aboard the local airline’s Delta to Lagos flight as they exchanged punches after a fight broke out between them.
VeryDarkMan, in a post shared on his social media handle confirmed the clash between him and the comedian who allegedly bit him on the chest.
The social media influencer showed the spot where he was bitten by Mr. Jollof.
While confirming the clash in a statement issued on its official X handle, the United Nigeria Airline disclosed that the VDM and Mr. Jollof were deboarded from the plane and handed over to security operatives in Delta.
This was, according to the airline, in compliance with global avaiation safety protocol.
It however remains unclear if further action will be taken against the social media influencer and comedian.
