A 28-year-old pregnant woman has been arrested by the Delta State Police Command for allegedly practising lesbianism with her three-year-old daughter.
The single mother who identified herself as Tracey Wilson was arrested in response to a report filed by the child’s father, Urachi Uzuoma to the Delta Police Command with video evidence capturing the gruesome act.
While being interrogated by the command’s spokesperson, Bright Edafe, in a video shared on X on Tuesday, Wilson admitted to the crime.
She disclosed that she had been practising lesbianism over the years but started engaging her daughter in the act eight months ago.
Wilson also confirmed recording the act on video herself as she recounted how she carried out the sexual assault on the minor with her hand as well as vibrator.
“I have the video of where my daughter and I were naked.
“So, she was touching her vagina. I’ve been touching her vagina. I’ve been practising this with her for eight months.” She said.
Meanwhile, Edafe disclosed that the girl’s hymen have been broken over the repeated sexual assault.
This, according to the police spokesperson, means she is no longer a virgin at the age of three.
Medical check on the girl also tested her positive of sexually transmitted disease with her vulva and vagina both injured.
The mother has reportedly been arraigned to a Magistrate Court.
However, the father of child disclosed that she granted bail on the ground that she was pregnant.
He recounted how he had filed a report to the police after initially consulting a human right activist simply identified Kelvin.
“This have been going on for a long time before I came to activist Kelvin. There are several videos of she assaulting the girl but I didn’t want to take it this far.
“Surprisingly, I was on transit and I saw it. I came to the station and wrote statement. When I gave them the video, everybody was angry the video where she was assaulting the child when she was just one year and two months.
“When we got her to the station, she said there was nothing like that. So, we detained her and we left home. But I told them to carry out the test which I paid the money.
“On getting home the next day, the Police told me that they saw the child on her own putting her hand on her vagina and when they checked, they took the child to hospital.
“When they came back, the child was not only defiled but was also infected by sexually transmitted disease with vibrator.
“They told me they are going to charge her to High Court that there is no need for hearing as this is a persecuting case.” Uzuoma said.
He however expressed his disappointment with the transfer of the case to Magistrae Court where he claimed that none of video and audio evidence was submitted before the court.
“Surprising today, going to the court, I saw them and asked is it not High Court, but they said it is Magistrate court.
“At the court, there was no tender of the video evidence and other voice notes I gave them.
“They said they’ve granted her bail while my daughter is in the orphanage home when I’m still alive and I have a mother.
“With all of all this, I still have more evidence to that which I saved.
“Please Nigerians I want you to lend your voice. I need your help. I need justice because I don’t get justice as a man.
“If I was the one who did this, I won’t be given a second hearing, and I will be sent to prison direct but why is it like they are compromising it.
“They said she is pregnant. Who is she pregnant for? Someone I don’t see for four months. Where is the pregnancy result?” He asked.
