The social media has begun to buzz again around legendary Afrobeat singer, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face, as video of an alleged altercation between him and his new wife, Natasha Osawaru, in London mall surfaced online.
This is coming barely six months after 2Face tied the knot Osawaru following his divorce with Annie Macaulay.
NPO Reported that the singer had in January officially announced the end to his 13 years marriage with his estranged wife while publicly expressing his affection and intention to marry Osawaru.
Despite the controversies and backlash that surrounded his relationship with the Edo state lawmaker, 2Face remained resolute with his decision as the couple were spotted on several occasions before they eventually tied the knot.
However, things seemed to be going out of place for the couple a video of their altercation at a London mall surfaced online.
While the onlooker who recorded the video was unable to capture the face of Osawaru and 2Face clearly, the former could however be heard yelling at the singer, accusing him of shouting at her.
“Don’t do that. Don’t do it. Why you go dey shout on me? Wetin dey happen? Why are shouting at me? Why are you raising your voice at me?” The enraged Edo lawmaker could be heard with an inaudible 2Face attempted to calm her down.
While the actual cause of their clash is yet to be confirmed, the drama had sparked mixed reactions from netizens.
