Another Politician Kidnapped in Anambra as Son is Shot

Gunmen have kidnapped another local political figure in Anambra State, Uzozie Chukwujekwu.
The Gunmen invaded his residence on Saturday and made away with him after shooting his son who was accused of failing to open the doors to the house.
His kidnapping came hours after the discovery of the heads of a member of the House of Assembly Okechukwu Okoye and his director of campaign.
The duo had been abducted two weeks earlier in the Aguata local government area of the state.
The killing of the two and the kidnap of the latest victim worsen the insecurity that has pervaded Anambra since the coming of Governor Charles Soludo.
Tochukwu Ikenga, police spokesman for the state confirmed the incident and said there is hunt for his abductors.
