A Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin has remanded three Indian nationals and one Nigerian over alleged breach of trust.
The three Indian nationals identified as Lalit Sarwat, Ravi Raghavendra and Gagan Sarswat, were arraigned alongside an Ilorin-based dispatch manager, Oniyide Samuel, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
As disclosed in a statement issued on the EFCC’s official X handle, the suspects were on Wednesday arraigned on a two-count charge bordering on conspiracy and criminal breach of trust.
Their offences, according to the statement, contravened the Section 97 and 314 of the Penal Code and also deemed punishable by the code.
Details of their arraignment is however yet to be fully disclosed as at the time of filing this report.
