Suspected hoodlums have left Nigerian show promoter, Yusuf Adepitan, popularly known as Ijobanadanku, hospitalised following attack over his support for the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Ijobanadanku made this known in a post shared on his Instagram handle on Saturday.
Speaking on his hospital bed, the entertainer recounted how he came under attack by the hoodlums along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.
He disclosed that the hoodlums damaged his vehicle while physically assaulting him for publicly declaring his support for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid.
“I was attacked yesterday on the street of Fela Shrine by some boys just because I was supporting APC, Asiwaju 2027.
“They attacked me, wounded me, and broke my windscreen.” He said.
While confirming being in a stable condition, Ijobanadanku reaffirmed his support and allegiance with the APC and Tinubu.
“I just want to tell my fans all over the world that I’m okay. I’m fine and I’m coming back. I’m getting treatment right now.
“I’ll be back. But I still want to tell you that Asiwaju for 2027. APC, no going back. Thank you.” He added.
