The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has retained 150 as the cut-off mark for admission into universities for the 2026/27 academic session.
This was announced at the board’s policy meeting held in Abuja on Monday.
JAMB, in an update of the meeting shared on its X handle, disclosed that the heads of tertiary institutions in Nigeria unanimously agreed that the minimum admissible scores for admissions into universities should be 150.
On the other hand, the cut-off mark for polytechnic admission is pegged at 100 while while the minimum scores for College of Nursing admission stands at 150.
