There are fears that some relatives of the immediate past Minister of Power, Bayo Adelabu have been kidnapped in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Talks have gone viral that a woman with her two children were attacked at the Elewura area of the capital city Wednesday while driving in a red Hyndai car.
Residents of the area who showed in a video seen by the NPO Reports said the woman is the last born of the former Minister’s mother.
“She is Penkele’s sister. Her husband is abroad,”said one of the residents who stood by the car shortly after the occupants were whisked away.
According to residents, the woman was driving down the street and was about to negotiate her way into the busy Ring Road when the assailants, forced her to a halt, whisking her and her children into their car.
Eyewitness accounts said the attackers came in a ash coloured car which immediate zoomed off and unto the Ring Road after capturing their victims.
