The Senator representing Osun East Senatorial District, Francis Fadahunsi, has left the station of the Osun State Police Criminal Investigation Department after honouring the department’s invitation over viral video of him threatening to kill members of the Accord Party.
NPO Reported that Fadahunsi had on Wednesday afternoon arrived at the State CID hours after charging supporters of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Ilesa to kill any Accord Party member they see between now till the end of the August 15 Governorship Election.
The video had sparked public outrage with calls for his arrest.
Also demanding his arrest and probe was the state governor, Ademola Adeleke, who disclosed calling the Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu, reporting the threat to him.
