Voting has ended in many polling units in the ongoing governorship election in Ekiti State.
The exercise which began as early as 8am Saturday morning, has witnessed a massive turnout.
There have also been no major
Reported cases of violence.
With the exception of allegations of
Vote buying being made by the candidate of the Social Democratic Party Segun Oni and that of the African Democratic Party Kemi Elebute-Halle there have been no major issue.
NPO Reported earlier that candidates of the All Progressive Congress Biodun Oyebanji, that of Peoples Democratic Party Bisi Kolawole And the SDP Oni voted without any issue in their respective polling units.
Already some of the results of the exercise are being known by voters in the units where countings have commenced.
