Tragedy has struck in Jos Plateau state on Tuesday as a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly AbdulSobur Olawale reportedly died.
NPO Reports could not get official confirmation at the time of filing this report, but it was gathered that the lawmaker had some health challenges shortly after losing his return bid to the House during the last party primaries at the Mushin State constituency.
The late House member, who was known as “Omititi” by supporters and political associates, had reportedly slumped during the campaign and was rushed out of the venue while efforts were made to revive him.
Some of his colleagues were said to have expressed surprise that the House member made it to Jos for the flag off in spite of his health challenges.
