There are indications that the hitherto moribound PortHarcourt Refinery is roaring back to life as some workers have been seen to be jubilating over its revival.
NPO Reports that the death of the nation’s four refineries had culminated in the importation of fuel with attendant high cost to consumers.
President Bola Tinubu had promised during his electioneering that the refineries would come back to life under his administration.
Workers have been seen in video congratulating one another themselves for the revival of the plant.
