Nigerian activist and social media influencer, Martins Vincent Otse popularly known as VeryDarkMan has denied defaming Folarin Falana (Falz) in his post on Bobrisky’s money laundering scandal.
Responding to Falz letter demanding the retraction of VDM’s statement on his alleged involvement in Bobrisky’s case, the activist claimed he did not defame the musician.
He urged Falz to meet Bobrisky and clear his name from the allegation involving him and his father, Femi Falana (SAN).
Speaking in a recent video shared on X, VeryDarkMan narrated his conversation with Flalz who expressed his displeasure with the activist statement.
“In respect to what Falz the Bhad Guy posted, I sent him a message and we got on a call. He started talking about defamation and I told him I thought he was calling me to tell me his own side of the story.
“At point in the conversation, I felt he was recording me which he didn’t deny.
“The whole conversation ended with me telling him I did not defame him. What I expected you to do rather than addressing the letter to me is to address it to Bobrisky, requesting that he should clear your name off that voice call and should clear Uncle Falana’s name off that call. Not you coming for me. I wasn’t the one in the record.” VeryDarkMan narrated.
Recall that the activist had, yesterday, leaked an voice note from Bobrisky revealing that the Crossdresser never went to prison despite court’s ruling.
Bobrisky had, in the voice note, indicted the EFCC, Nigerian Correctional Service, and the Falanas.
