FIRS Boss Nami Under Fire For Insisting Workers Must Report For Duties

The Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Services Mr. Muhammad Mamman Nami this morning came under fire for insisting workers of the organisation must come to work amidst the Coronavirus panic.

A caller who reported the FIRS boss on a live television program TVC Your Views today said Nami had indeed issued an underground memo to all workers against the directives of the Federal Government that said workers below Level 12 should stay at home.

The Stay at home order is part of the measures to contain the virus pandemic.

The caller said his wife is a staff of FIRS in Lagos and she is being mandated to report for work.

"And there is no provision at all. No sanitizers, nothing at all.
