The Special Assistant to Osun State Governor on Digital Media, Olalekan Badmus, has released an alleged leaked audio of the supporters of former Osun Deputy Governor, Iyiola Omisore, vowing to destroy the state’s chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This is coming against the backdrop of the the party’s disqualification of Omisore from the primaries ahead of the 2026 governorship election in the state.
NPO Reported that Omisore and six other aspirants were last week disqualified over gaps in their nomination documents.
While the development had further deepened the crisis within the party, Badmus would on Saturday post the leaked audio of one of Omisore’s supporters who expressed his readiness alongside others to destroy the party as he called out former governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola.
The supporter, who spoke in Yoruba, accused Oyetola of betraying Omisore.
He accused the ex-governor of orchestrating the downfall of the APC in the state.
He warned that failure to accept Omisore will lead to their destruction of the party and support of incumbent governor, Ademola Adeleke.

“Please the only advice I will give you as leaders is to go and call Isiaq Oyetola, former governor, to order and tell him the honest truth.
“If it is under his watch that the party will be destroyed in Osun, we the followers are ready. Because where the mouth reaches, the leg cannot get there.
“If Isiaq is ready to ruin the party, we are also ready to destroy it. We know you are at the top already and no longer care if the bridge collapses. The bridge will collapse that lives of many will be ruined.
“It’s not a matter of dem say. Whatever condition makes them not to consider Omisore this time around, just know that the APC is finished in Osun. What you will here next is Adeleke’s victory song.
“It appears you wicked leaders don’t understand this job, especially Gboyega Oyetola. To hell with you. Anybody who knows me can quote. So, when Omisore saved you during the storm, you believe you can betray him now in clear weather. Many will die.
“We don’t have to hide our feelings again. We’ve seen your handwriting for a long time now. The seers and dreamers have seen it that this is where you will use in getting at Omisore.
“If this is what Isiaka Oyetola wants to use as payback, just know that the APC is gone in Osun. You have the money and connection, but we have legs and we will use words of mouth to destroy you. Let’s just agree that there is no APC in Osun again once Omisore did not emerge”
