Akwa-Ibom state governor, Umo Eno, has appointed 17 new protocol aides and 12 personal assistants.
This was announced in a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah, on Thursday.
According to the statement, the appointees duty took effect from the 1st of October.
Meanwhile, the appointees designation as approved by the governor include personal assistant on grassroot mobilization, special assistant on grassroot mobilization, special assistant on protocol, and personal assistant on protocol.
In the same vein, the governor also approved the appointment of Aniefiok Udo Johnson as his Executive Assistant and Chief Delivery Advisor (EA/ CDA).
