The All Progressives Congress (APC) has debunked releasing a timetable indicating the scheduled activities for the party’s nationwide congresses.
As against initial reports on the development, that APC clarified that the purported schedule of activities for congresses was neither made nor authorized by the Party.
It labelled the reports as fake, stressing that such information was never released by the leadership of the party.
This was made known in a statement issued on Sunday by the APC’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka.
According to Morka, no correspondence of such was authorised by the party leadership.
The APC spokesperson urged members of the public to disregard such claim.
The statement read; “The attention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been drawn to ‘APC 2025 SCHEDULE FOR NATIONWIDE CONGRESS AND RELATED ACTIVITIES ” widely circulated on social media.
“Our great party wishes to clarify that the purported Schedule of Activities for Congress was neither made nor authorised by the party and should be disregarded as FAKE NEWS”
