There are indications that Governors of the All Progressive Congress may have presented a list of five aspirants to President Muhammadu Buhari to pick one.
NPO Reports gathered Tuesday morning that after the whole confusion emanating from Monday’s alleged unilateral announcement of the Senate President Ahmed Lawan as the consensus candidate, enraged governors had sought audience with the President late last night to present their options to him.

They were said to have got the greenlight in the early hours of Tuesday where they reportedly presented the list.
In their list is are Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, former Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Kayode Fayemi, Transport Minister Rotimi Amaechi and Ebonyi Governor, Dave Umahi.
Former Senate President, Ken Nnamani, announced his exit from the race late Monday.
It was gathered that the governors said they would give the president time to ponder over their list for his eventual decision.
