A former National Youth Leader of the All Progressive Congress, Ismaeel Ahmed, has expressed a subtle worry over the growing number of aspirants for the presidential ticket of the party.
No fewer than 10 aspirants have already indicated interests with the possibilities of many more coming out.
Ahmed, who was the National Youths Leader until the last national congress of the party, said the ballot paper with which the primaries of the party would be held may turn out to be a booklet if the party continues to witness its current drove with which aspirants are emerging.
“It looks like the 100m fee attracted more contestants than discouraged them. It’s now a Class thing. Our primary ballot will look like a booklet the way things are going. Every state in the South may have at least 1 reprepresentative per state who go buy form,” he wrote through his twitter handle late Friday.
