A retired Nigerian military officer has issued stern warning to the United States President, Donald Trump, against his planned military action on the county.
The retired officer who claimed to have fought alongside the US Army gave the warning in a video shared on X on Thursday.
Reacting to Trump’s threat amid the ongoing controversies on alleged genocidal attacks on Christians in Nigeria, the middle-age man claimed the US Army are only good in air combat.
He warned that Trump’s plan to bombard Nigeria will be his last in his life.
“Good afternoon my fellow Nigerians. Donald Trump, the President of the United States of America, we heard your message, saying you are coming to bombard Nigeria.
“I am a fully retired military officer who have fight with the Americans. I have seen your fight. You don’t know how to attack. Your attack is by the air. We will wipe the whole air. That will be your last attack in your life.” He said.
While stressing that Nigeria is not like Cuba, Venezuela, Afghanistan, and other countries who have experienced the US military attacks, the retired officer whose name was not disclosed said Nigeria will be Trump’s grave if attacked.
He held that the US President cannot dictate for Nigeria while expressing readiness to join in the fight.
The ex-military officer further accused
“We are not Cuba; we are not Venezuela; we are not Afghanistan; and we are not Libya and Iran. You are not the one who attacked Iran or captured Osama Bin Laden.
“It is NATO not US. US are just leading nonsense. We are waiting for you. Maybe that will be your grave in Nigeria. Call me when you land.
“Who are you to dictate for Nigeria? If we like, we say Christian-Christian ticket, it is our problem. Muslim-Muslim ticket, it is our problem.
“You cannot dictate for us. Even the Reverend Father who reported that thing is from Benue state. His brother was the one who run for coup. It is the same coup plotters. They just want scatter Nigeria. We are doing fine.
“They dragged you from Niger, Burkina Faso, and Mali. You don’t have where to go. So, you want to attack Nigeria. Nonsense!” He added.
