The All Progressive Congress(APC)in Rivers, on Monday urged the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Mr Nyesom Wike, to join the party in the state. The Federal Ministry of Interior has secured the release of 43 inmates serving jail terms in custodial centres in Plateau.
