The police command in Kogi says it plans to deploy over 40,000 policemen across the state to ensure peaceful conduct of the Nov. 11 governorship election. No fewer than 136 students of University of Uyo will be awarded first class degrees during the combined convocation of the institution scheduled for Nov. 11. The institution’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Nyaudoh Ndaeyo, stated this at a news conference heralding the convocation ceremony, in Uyo on Monday.
