A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Friday, struck out the suit filed by Sen. Aishatu Dahiru, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in the last election in Adamawa against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and others. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has detained the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele. Emefiele was reportedly arrested Thursday night, moment after his release from the the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS.
