NPO Reported earlier of the arrest of Agunloye over allegations of fraud in the award of a contract on the Mambilla hydroelectric project under the Olusegun Obasanjo government. Agunloye was brought before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges read against him.
