The Police in Zamfara have rescued a 52-year-old security guard, Malam Hassan Abdullahi, abducted on Dec, 29, in Gusau. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Gombe State Sector Command, has confirmed the death of six persons in a road accident which occurred on Friday morning at Jekadefari in Gombe metropolis. The state Sector Commander of FRSC, Mr Felix Theman, confirmed the accident in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Gombe on Friday. The Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) says it has delivered three cargoes of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to the local market in the month to moderate prices and ensure regular supplies during the period.
