Safiu Kehinde Sokoto State Police Command has denied claims of secretly arresting and arraigned a woman who allegedly criticised rising killings in the state. Clearing the air surrounding the woman’s araignment in a statement issued in Sokoto on Friday, the command’s spokesperson, ASP Ahmad Rufai, labelled the report circulated by Gistcore Media and other social media platforms as false narrative and misinformation.
