The duo were held responsible for a viral video, where the two teenage girls were stripped naked, flogged and dehumanized. They had accused the girls, aged 15 and 16 years respectively, of allegedly stealing chickens at Ojiegbe Ngbo village in Ohaukwu Local Government of the state.
