Safiu Kehinde Former member of the House of Representatives, Lanre Laoshe, has repaid the N1,200 loan he obtained under the defunct Federal Government Student Loan Scheme between 1976 and 1979. This was confirmed in a statement released by the Nelfund Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) today. Ottawa announced, on Monday, that it will levy a 100 per cent tariff on imports of electric cars from China starting on October 1. Safiu Kehinde Jigawa State Police Command has detained a tea vendor for allegedly beating  a 20-year-old man to death for stealing bread, milk and noodles in Dutse.
