The Customs Area Comptroller, Mr Dera Nandi, disclosed this while addressing newsmen in Seme on Friday. A Seminarian, at the St. Raphael Parish, Kafanchan, Kaduna State, Na’aman Danlami. has been burnt to death after bandits invaded the parish in the early hours of Friday. The gunmen had invaded the residence of the parish priest, Rev.Fr. Emmanuel Okolo on Thursday night and set the entire Rectory ablaze, burning to death a seminarian, Na’aman Danladi. Members of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria (MHWUN), Katsina State Council, have appealed to Katsina State Government to rescue their members kidnapped by bandits across the state. The National/ States Houses of Assembly Election Tribunal sitting in Yenagoa, on Friday nullified the election of Mr. Fred Agbedi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency of Bayelsa. The tribunal directed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately withdraw the certificate issued to him and conduct fresh election in some polling units in the constituency.
