Azuka Ogugua, spokesperson for Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) disclosed this in a statement on Friday in Abuja. The accident occurred in the earlier hours of Friday, around 3 a.m, on the Kugbo Nyanya Expressway, near Karu bridge. The Federal government cannot refund money spent on Federal Roads by State Governments for now, says Works Minister David Umahi. Umahi made this known on Thursday when he visited Gov. Seyi Makinde of Oyo State in Ibadan. The Police Command in Imo on Friday, said it had neutralised two suspected kidnappers and rescued a victim at Avu near Owerri.
