Dispatch riders operating in the FCT must register with the FCT Vehicle Inspection Office (VIO) latest by the first week of August or face sanctions. An All Progressives Congress governorship aspirant in the May 26 governorship primary election in Lagos State, Mr. Abdul-Ahmed Mustapha, has appealed to the National Working Committee(NWC) of the party to nullify the election. A former Nigerian Minister, Osita Chidoka, has raised issues over how much was spent by presidential aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party at the just concluded presidential primaries. Gov. Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi has clinched the Kebbi Central Senatorial ticket for All Progressives Congress (APC).
