The Police Command in Kaduna State said it had successfully diffused an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Rigasa, Igabi Local Government Area of the Kaduna State. Russia has told “unfriendly” foreign countries they must start paying for gas in roubles or it will cut supplies.
