Ukraine has called for a meeting with Russia and other members of a key European security group over the escalating tensions on its border. A mob has killed a man for allegedly burning pages of the Koran in central Pakistan, police say, in the latest case of blasphemy-related violence in the country. Police have cleared the remaining protesters blocking a key bridge between Canada and the United States, after a week of disruption. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has arrested an Indian businessman, Vyapak Nutal, over the smuggling of 134,700 bottles of codeine syrup.
