The motor park boss was arrested at about 4:00 pm on Tuesday at his residence in the Olodo area of Ibadan, the state capital. The arrest is coming ten years after Auxiliary was arrested during the administration of late former governor Abiola Ajimobi. By Halimah Olamide Shell Nigeria has disclosed that it exclusively paid a total of $1.09 billion in corporate taxes and royalties to the Nigerian government in 2023. It was paid through the operations of The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd (SPDC) and Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company of Nigeria Ltd (SNEPCo.) This was made known in a statement available to NPO Reports on Tuesday. The figures, announced in the just published 2023 Shell Briefing Notes, show that SPDC paid $442 million.
