The motor park boss was arrested at about 4:00 pm on Tuesday at his residence in the Olodo area of Ibadan, the state capital. It was paid through the operations of The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd (SPDC) and Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company of Nigeria Ltd (SNEPCo.)
