This was just as the former CP, Abiodun Alabi, has been elevated as Assistant Inspector General of Police in Charge of Zone 2 of the force. Owohunwa joined the Police in 1996 after graduating from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He hails from Kogi State. Three students were killed and five others injured after a gunman opened fire on the Michigan State University (MSU) campus on Monday night. The victims were all students at the university, police said, and the injured remain in critical condition. The police said a caller’s tip led them to the suspected gunman, who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Mother of a popular Nigerian pastor Paul Adefarasin has died. Mrs. Hilda Adefarasin is the mother of the founder of the House on the Rock church a new generation Nigerian church.
