The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Delta Command, has arrested 11 suspected oil pipeline vandals in the state. The UN General Assembly overwhelmingly adopted a resolution on Wednesday, demanding that Russia immediately ended its military operations in Ukraine. Known informally as the world’s “town hall”, the assembly is where all 193 UN Member States had a voice. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama says only persons documented with the Nigerian Embassies will be eligible for evacuation.
