The Chief Returning Officer, Prof Simeon Adebayo Bamire, who announced the final result at the collation centre in Ibadan, said Makinde had satisfied the requirement to be so declared. Mr Ahmed Umar, the Ogun Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), confirmed the incident to the newsmen on Tuesday in Ota, Ogun.
