Nigerian star Wilfred Ndidi has dropped out of the Super Eagles squad due to an injury.
Ndidi, 27, has been replaced in the team by Alhassan Yusuf.
The Super Eagles’ media officer, Babafemi Raji, announced this on Wednesday morning.
As a hit man, Ndidi has been a prominent player for the Eagles, participating in both the World Cup and Nations Cup tournaments.
Yusuf, who is replacing him, currently plays for the Belgian team Royal Antwerp, has been brought in.
