The Appeal Tribunal has on Tuesday affirmed the victory of the Governor of River state, Sim Fubara. The Appeal tribunal dismissed the appeals of the candidate of the All Progressive Congress in the state, Tonye Cole and that of Dumo Lulu-Briggs.
