Former Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP,
Professor Charles Dokubo,is dead.
It was gathered that Dokubo passed on after a brief illness on Wednesday night
The former Niger Delta amnesty boss was born in Abonnema, Akuku Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State on the 23rd of March 1952.
