Popular singer Robert Kelly has been handed a 30 year jail term over his sex abuse case.
The 55 year old singer had earlier been convicted of all the nine counts against him in the sex-trafficking trial.
The trial took place in September.
Federal prosecutors want the 12 Play hitmaker to be locked up for more 25 years to “protect the public”.
However his defence says a sentence of 10 years or less is all he deserves as he’s “not currently a risk”.
The Storm appears to have just started for “The Storm is Over” crooner as he is expected to spend 30 years in jail.
