Barely a week after the Warri-Itakpe train derailed into a forest in Kogi State, another train plying Abuja-Kaduna corridor has also derailed from its tracks on Friday.
Alerting the public and NRC over the incident,Senator via his Twitter handle called on the management of Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) to quickly swing into action and ensure the safety of the stranded passengers.
Senator Sani wrote: “Kaduna Abuja Train derails; NRC please ensure the security and safety of the stranded passengers.”
Recall that a similar incident happened last Sunday on the Warri-Itakpe rail line.
