The Central Bank of Nigeria on Thursday declared war on abusers of the Naira especially those spraying notes at social parties. The Central Bank in a statement, signed by Osita Nwanisobi, and made available to the NPO Reports also assured Nigerians that efforts are being made to bring an end to the hardship being experienced as a result of the transition to new Naira notes.
